must wash and rinse the sticky rice until the water runs clear, then you should let it soak overnight in a large container, ensuring that there was at least 5 cm of water over rice because it will swell.

Drain the rice and set it aside

Drain black beans and boil until soft, about 15 minutes.

Remove the skin of bananas and cut into slices of 7 to 8 cm in order to obtain 10 pieces.

In a pan, heat the coconut milk, sugar and salt over medium heat and stir well.

Add and mix the sticky rice, cook for about ten minutes and when the rice has absorbed the coconut milk, turn off the heat and let cool.

Heat up the water from the steamer

Wash banana leaves and cut into a square of 25 cm

On the opaque side of the banana leaf, place a good spoonful of sticky rice 3 black beans and a piece of banana. Then brought the left, right and up and down to be packed (as pictured). Attach all with cooking wire or toothpicks.

Place the rolls in the steamer basket and cook gently for 1 hour.

Let them cool, you can eat them warm or cold.
