Step 1

First cook the noodles in boiling water, drain the in a colander, and pour cold water over them in a sink.

Step 2

Set the noodles aside.

In a covered wok or medium skillet, pre-cook the broccoli over medium heat, with ¼ cup of water.

Cook until tender, yet still bright green.

Step 5

Remove the broccoli, throw into water with ice and set aside.

Drain all the water out of the wok, and heat the wok over medium heat.

Add the oil, and when hot, add the ginger.

Cook for 5 minutes or until golden.

Add the tofu to the hot oil, and stir-fry until golden.

Add the onion and cook until tender.

Add the cooked broccoli, and toss in the wok for 1 minute.

Step 12

Add the noodles and toss well.

Step 13

Add the tamari sauce and stir-fry for 2 more minutes, or until the noodles are hot.

Step 14

Sprinkle on the sesame seeds and sesame oil.

Step 15

Serve immediately.
