Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Clean and hull the strawberries and cut into quarters.
Step 3
Place in a bowl and sprinkle sugar over and stir.

In a large bowl, place the cake mix, jello, oil, pecans, eggs, flour and strawberries.
Step 5
Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Step 6
Grease a 10 cup bundt by spraying it with cooking spray containing flour. This is very important to get the cake to release!
Step 7
Pour the cake batter in and place in the oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick/skewer comes out cleanly. Remove and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before inverting on a cooling rack to completely cool.
Step 8
In a medium sized bowl pour the heavy cream and using a hand or stand mixer, beat until stiff peaks form.
Step 9
Place into a piping bag to decorate the edge of the cake, or you can just cover the whole cake with the whipped cream.
Step 10
Decorate with extra fresh strawberries.
