Step 1

THIS RECIPE MAKES TWO PIES: Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, real lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat well. Refrigerate.

In a small saucepan, mix sugar and flour.

Step 4

Slowly add water to dissolve sugar and flour. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture looks almost clear.

Step 5

Remove from heat and add the box of strawberry Jell-o. Allow to cool slightly before pouring over strawberries.

Step 6

Divide cream cheese mixture between two pie crusts.

Step 7

Top with sliced fresh strawberries.

Step 8

Pour cooled strawberry glaze to cover berries. Refrigerate until set.

Step 9

Serve with or without Cool Whip.
