Strawberry Cucumber Salad

Step 1

Place cucumber inside opening of Handy Spiralizer and continuously turn to spiralize into noodles. Repeat process with remaining cucumber and place in medium bowl.

Step 2

In small bowl, mix lime zest, juice, and honey until well combined. Pour over cucumber noodles and toss to coat.

Step 3

Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
