Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and pour into the prepared baking dish.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, melted butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until smooth. Fold in the diced strawberries.

Step 4

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter and use a knife to gently swirl it into the batter.

Step 5

Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the top of the cake.

Step 6

Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with extra strawberries and serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
