Cut up the angel food cake into bite-size pieces.

Cut up the strawberries or peaches and add a little sugar. Let them sit for about 1 hour.
Step 3
Layer the three ingredients into the parfait glasses starting with the cake, then a layer of strawberries and peaches, then a layer of whip cream.
