Bring to a boil, stirring often, then boil for 2-3 minutes until the mixture starts thickening.

Remove from heat, set aside and cool completely, about 30-40 minutes.
Step 4
Once the pudding mixture is cooled, fold together the pudding mixture, Cool Whip and strawberries in a bowl until combined.
Step 5
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving. Garnish with diced strawberries on top and serve.
