Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream the butter and sugar together for 3 minutes.

Scrape sides of bowl and add egg white and vanilla. Combine thoroughly.

Mix in flour and baking powder until completely combined. The texture should be similar to playdoh. If it is too wet, at a little more flour. If it is too dry, at a little water. 1 1/2 cups is always about perfect for me.
Step 5
Roll the dough out until you have a 1/4 inch thick circle.
Step 6
Use a 4 inch circle cookie cutter and cut out the dough. Line each Silicone Tart Mold with a circle of dough.
Step 7
Bake at 350° for 8 minutes, or until the crust is no longer glossy.
Step 8
Cool completely before removing the crust from the mold.
