Step 1
Mix together the sugar sub and cinnamon, and store in a shaker jar. A salt shaker works fine for finer grain sweeteners, but I like the bigger holes on a parmesan cheese shaker for the xylitol that I use. (The grains are too big to fit through a salt shaker lid)
Step 2
Toast your bread, and butter it.
Step 3
Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon sugar.
Step 4
Alternatively, mix butter and cinnamon sugar mix, and spread on untoasted bread, and broil until toasted.
