Prepare all of the ingredients.

Heat up the Pot and add brown sugar substitute. Using low heat, let the sugar melt fully. Be careful not to overheat it, otherwise, your brown sugar will burn.

Once you see the brown sugar substitute almost all melted, quickly add Cranberries and with a spatula coat them all with the melted brown sugar.
Step 4
Add a bit of water and start the cooking process.
Step 5
Let Cranberries cook together with water on a slow heat. Let them cook until cranberries start cracking. This takes approximately 10 minutes. Using a spatula, you can press on all of the Cranberries to crack them open and release the extra sauce.
Step 6
Store or serve.
