Step 2

In a clean blender, blitz toasted peanuts until ground.

Step 3

Blitz the peanut paste with erythritol and water into a uniform dough.

Step 4

Press the dough into a round cookie cutter to shape the marzipan. Then, release it, wrap it with paper and keep it in the fridge.
