Step 1

In a small saucepan on low heat, add coconut oil and rice malt syrup, stir until completely melted.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and vigorously stir until the peanut butter is completed melted and mixed through.

Step 3

Pour into a lined baking tray (add any toppings/nuts/dried fruit at this stage) and place in freezer for 1.5-2 hours, or until set.

Step 4

Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
