Step 1

Fill cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 2

Combine lemon juice, Lillet, Bourbon, simply syrup, and a dash of aromatic bitters. Throw a sprig of thyme in your shaker too.

Step 3

Shake hard, until cold.

Step 4

Double strain into two tall glasses, filled with ice.

Step 5

Add an ounce or two of soda water to each glass.

Step 6

Garnish with thyme and enjoy!
