Step 1
Combine seasonings together in a small bowl and mix well.

Lay the chicken in the bottom of your Crock Pot or Instant Pot.
Step 3
Add the bone broth.
Step 4
Sprinkle the seasoning blend over one side of the chicken.
Step 5
Then pour the salsa verde over the top.
Step 6
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
Step 7
Remove from the Crock Pot and shred with 2 forks or in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment (my preference!). Return to the Crock Pot and stir to mix it in with the yummy juices.

Serve and enjoy!

Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal the vent. Press the Manual button and adjust the pressure to high. Set the time for 10 minutes.

Immediately release the pressure.
Step 11

Return to the Instant Pot and stir to mix it in with the yummy juices.
