Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan

Stir in the oats, turn the heat all the way down to low, cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the oats from sticking

Step 3

Stir in the milk, cinnamon, sugar and maple syrup and continue cooking another 10 minutes, until done

Step 4
