Step 1

Soak breadcrumbs, milk and pepper in a cup until milk is absorbed.

Step 2

Mix mince, flour, salt and onion in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Mix together breadcrumb and mince mixtures together, until just combined.

Step 4

Roll into balls approximately 2.5cm in diameter.

Step 5

Brown meatballs on high heat. Turn heat down and continue cooking until cooked through, shaking the pan now and again to keep them round.
