Step 1
Cut your pork belly strips into 3cm strips.
Step 2
Cover them with the Swicy Korean BBQ Seasoning and mix well.
Step 3
In a frying pan over medium-low heat, add the oil and cook the pork belly strips for 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked through (If you have the heat too high, you will burn them, so don’t do it).
Step 4
Meanwhile, combine the kelpie mayo and coleslaw and mix well.
Step 5
Once cooked, remove the pork belly strips from the pan and let them rest.
Step 6
Slice the pork belly as chunky or as fine as you like and assemble your tacos!

Top with Mingles bagel seasoning
