Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except ham in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Place ham in roasting pan and bake 10 minutes per pound. Brush with glaze every 15 minutes during the last half of cook time, until ham is golden brown. Warm any leftover glaze and serve with ham.
