Step 1

Cut pork tenderloin into thin slices. Coat with cornstarch in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.

Step 2

Add next 5 ingredients to small bowl with lid.

Cut bell pepper into slices and store in separate container.

Step 4

Add pork, bell pepper, and drained pineapple to sheet pan. Spray pork with non-stick spray to help it crisp up.

Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Add sauce to pork during last 5 minutes of baking. Garnish with chopped green onion.

Step 6

Cook rice according to package directions and serve with pork.
