Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/ gas 6.
Step 2
Put 95g sweet potato, cut into fries, on a baking tray and mix with 1 tsp rapeseed oil and ¼ tsp cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 20 mins.
