Step 1
Wash your sweet potatoes really well. The outside of a sweet potato is thicker than a normal potato and can sometimes have a little bit of additional dirt on the skin.
Step 2
Pour 1 cup of water into the Ninja Foodi pot.
Step 3
Place steamer basket into Ninja Foodi.
Step 4
Place sweet potatoes into the steamer basket.
Step 5
Close pressure cooker lid on Ninja Foodi and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Be sure that valve is set to "seal" position.
Step 6
When timer beeps, allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Quick release remaining pressure by moving valve to "release" position.
Step 8
Open Ninja Foodi and top sweet potatoes with your favorite toppings.
Step 9
