If you are including chicken in your dish: sprinkle the chicken pieces Mr Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning blend and then stir-fry it until cooked through with no pink inside. Transfer it to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm while you cook the vegetables.

If you are including fish or shrimp in your dish, sprinkle it with Lemon Pepper seasoning and then fry it until opaque throughout, flipping halfway through. Transfer it to a plate, covering with aluminum foil to keep warm while you stir-fry the vegetables.

Stir-fry until crisp tender.
Step 4
Add the meat (if any) to the skillet. Pour the sauce over all, and gently stir to mix. Bring the sauce to a boil. Then turn off the heat and let it sit for 1 minute so the flavors can mix.

Serve over rice or pasta.
