In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the soy sauce, the ground ginger, the crushed red pepper, the garlic, and the ground pepper together.

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the pork chops and the marinade, and allow them to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

Step 3

Preheat the grill or the grill pan over medium-high heat.

Place the pork chops on the grill and cook until they reach 145 degrees F internally when tested with a meat thermometer, about 6-7 minutes per side.
