Step 1
A húst vékony szeletekre vágjuk, sózzuk, borsozzuk, majd meglocsoljuk szójaszósszal.
Step 2
A brokkolit rózsáira szedjük, és puhára főzzük.
Step 3
A szezámmagot serpenyőben olaj nélkül(!) megpirítjuk.
Step 4
A húst kb. 20 perc pácolás után megsütjük olívaolajon, ha ez kész, hozzáadjuk a brokkolit, és 2 percig együtt sütjük őket. Ha ez kész, hozzákeverjük a szezámmagot.
Step 5
Én zöldséges rizzsel tálaltam, de köret nélkül is megállja a helyét.
