This garlicky tahini sauce is traditionally served with chicken kebabs, but we loved it with the beef kebabs as well.

Tahini Sauce

garlic,

salt

tahini

lemon juice

water

Mash garlic and salt in a medium bowl using the back of a spoon until a paste forms. Whisk in tahini, lemon juice and water.


Tahini can also be added to salad as a dressing. Rememberit is like any fat or oil which means it is 9 calories per gramme. To prepare it use 1:1 water and tahini so you have half the calories. I also add paprika cumin chopped parsley and chopped dill fresh of course.

I love this dressing. It's so tangy and delicious. It's also super easy to make.
