Dry roast almond in a pan till nutty aroma sizzles. Remove Cool & Grind to coarse powder.
Step 2
In a same pan slightly roast cumin. Remove , cool and crush coarsely.
Step 3
Now take barley flour in the same pan. Dry roast slightly. Cool.
Step 4
Now add the coarsely crushed almond, cumin & Cinnamon powder to the roasted barley flour.
Step 5
Mix till all the ingredients are well mixed up.
Step 6
Store in airtight container at room temperature.
Step 7
