Step 1
Combine tandoori paste and yoghurt in a bowl. Add steak. Turn to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes. Divide spinach, radish and cucumber among serving plates.
Step 2
Spray pappadums with oil and place between 2 sheets of paper towel. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until puffed and crisp. Break into shards.
Step 3
Preheat a chargrill on medium-high. Spray steak with oil. Cook, turning, for 4-5 minutes for medium or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 3 minutes. Thinly slice.
Step 4
Place tomato in a bowl. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add seeds and garlic. Stir for 2 minutes or until aromatic. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Quickly pour over tomato. Season. Stand for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Divide steak among plates. Spoon over tomato mixture. Sprinkle with coriander and pappadum shards.
