Step 1
Place all dough ingredients into mixing bowl, then knead Dough /2 min. Shape dough into a ball and place into a lightly greased bowl. Cover and leave to prove in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size (see Tips).
Step 2
Preheat pizza oven to 350°C (see Tips).
Step 3
Place a small bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh tandoori paste and tomato paste into it, stir to combine. Place a second bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh cheese into it and set aside. Next place a third bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh tandoori chicken into it and set aside.
Step 4
Generously dust work surface with semolina. Divide dough into three balls. Work or roll each ball out to an approximately 25 cm round (see Tips).
Step 5
Spread base with a third of the tomato base, then top with a third of the tandoori chicken, red onion slices, coriander leaves and sliced cheese. Bake in pizza oven for 60-90 seconds (between 320°C-350°C-see Tips), carefully using the turning peel to turn every 20 seconds or until pizza base is brown and puffed. Repeat to make 3 pizzas.
Step 6
Top pizzas with Cucumber raita, sliced red chilli and fresh coriander. Slice and serve.
