This is a terrific recipe.  My family doesn't like pickles so I was looking for a recipe without relish.  I didn't have any chives on hand so used dry onions.  It was outstanding.  And two days later when the flavors had melded more it was even better.  Great combination of flavors.

This was tasty, although not the flavors I typically find in tartar sauce. I'm not used to tartness at all or dill. Still, a nice recipe.
