Step 1
Make coffee ice (optional). This step is optional and will only work if you’re willing to wait a few hours, but it will make your iced coffee stronger. Brew a large cup of Keurig coffee and let it cool. Then pour it into an ice tray and let it freeze for several hours. This will keep your coffee from getting watered down as it cools.
Step 2
Get your Keurig ready to brew as usual. Insert a tasty K-Cup and fill the water reservoir. If your Keurig has a strong setting, you may want to push that.
Step 3
Fill a glass with ice. You’ll want to use a glass that can handle temperature changes. Don’t use anything fragile, since you’ll be combining hot and cold temperatures inside the glass. Fill the cup to the top, because some of the ice will melt immediately. If you froze coffee in step one, use your coffee cubes. You may need to remove the drip tray to get your cup to fit.
Step 4
Brew directly onto the ice. Push the brew button and watch your Keurig make iced coffee!
Step 5
If you drink your coffee black, you’re all done! If you add cream and sugar, now’s the time. Either way, give your coffee a stir to mix it with the ice.
Step 6
That’s it! You now have a cup of delicious iced coffee -- brewed for you by your Keurig coffee maker.
