Step 1

Cook Tater Tot crowns according to package instructions, until crispy, about 15 minutes in 350 F oven.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the ranch and Buffalo sauce together. Set aside.

Step 3

Form the ground beef into a 9- by 9-inch square and then cut into 12 small squares.

Step 4

Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium heat and cook beef patties on both sides, until cooked through.

Step 5

Remove the burger squares from the pan and place them on top of each of 12 crowns. Top the burgers with blue cheese crumbles and ranch-Buffalo sauce. Place the remaining Tater Tot crowns on top, insert a pick in each and serve.
