Step 1
Preheat for - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a medium-sized oven-proof glass bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Prepare Dough for - Remove the cinnamon roll dough from the package and, working one at a time, uncoil each to make a long rope. Fold the rope onto itself to create a ruffle effect. Squish the dough slightly to keep it together, then place into the bottom of the prepared bowl, slightly left of center. Repeat with another roll and place next to the first ruffle, just slightly right of center. Repeat this pattern to line the inside of the bowl, then fill the bowl with remaining ruffles until you use all of the dough.
Step 3
Press for - Press the dough lightly to keep the dough compact as it bakes.
Step 4
Bake for 35-40min - Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until golden brown all around the sides and cooked through the center. Allow to cool completely before turning out of the bowl.
Step 5
Turn for - Once cooled, turn the bowl out onto a platter or large plate.
Step 6
Combine for - In a small bowl, combine all of the cinnamon roll icing that came in the packaging with red food coloring to make a bright red blood color.
Step 7
Drizzle for - Drizzle frosting all over the brain and tear pieces off to eat.
