Step 1

Combine all ingredients for the sauce: soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic cloves, sea salt, dash of ginger and black pepper. Mix to combine

Step 2

Cube salmon portions.

Step 3

Pour sauce on top of the salmon in a small bowl. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Place in the air fryer at 390 degrees for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked. Flip half way.

Step 5

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Step 6

Assemble bowls with rice, edamame, shredded carrots, cucumber, salmon bites and green onion.

Step 7

Top with a drizzle of soy sauce.
