Step 1
Mix the pork with light soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat wok with oil, add tofu, water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and doubanjiang and cook until boiling. Reduce the fire and cook until the water has reduced to half thickness.
Step 3
Add the pork and continue to cook until the sauce has thickened.
Step 4
Sprinkle starch water (Mix 1 tablespoon starch with 3 tablespoons water), green onion, salt, sesame oil. Transfer the tofu on a plate. Serve.
