Step 1
Prepare rice noodles per packet directions and set aside when done.
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl whisk together oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and water; combine well and set aside. This will be your noodle's sauce.
Step 3
In a wok or large base skillet heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and Thai chilies and sauté for 30 seconds. Add in sliced onion and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Step 4
Add in ribeye steak and fish sauce and fry for an additional 2 minutes until steak is cooked and melded with the spices. Incorporate green onions, prepared noodles from earlier and sauce into the wok/skillet.
Step 5
Stir and cook for 1 minute until the sauce renders and coats the noodles and beef. Remove from heat and immediately add basil, toss until just wilted, then serve immediately.
