Step 1
Add yeast, warm water, and sugar to bread machine.

Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes (or until yeast is nice and bubbly).
Step 3
Add flour, oil, and salt to bread machine. Careful not to pack your flour. For extra fluffy bread, aerate your flour by whisking it around in a bowl and then spoon into measuring cup.
Step 4
Select “Basic” white bread setting, 1.5 loaf for your bread machine dough cycle and start.
Step 5
Once bread machine has completed cycle (mine takes a couple of hours – about 2 1/2 hours – to complete the cycle).
Step 6
Let bread cool on a wire rack for 1 hour before slicing for best results!
