Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is thoroughly incorporated into the mixture.

Spoon out a section of the mixture and roll it into a 1-inch ball. Continue until all the mixture is gone. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving a small space between each one.
Step 4
Bake the sausage balls at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (or until golden brown). Check the ones in the middle of the pan with an instant-read thermometer. When inserted into the center of the balls, it should read 160 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
Step 5
Remove the sheet from the oven and allow the balls to cool for 5 minutes. Then, transfer them to a serving platter using toothpicks or cocktail forks. Serve, and enjoy!
