If you're making the chipotle sauce combine the yogurt, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl.

Saute the ground chicken in a large skillet over medium heat. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, saute the ground chicken. Add the taco seasoning packet and cook the meat according to the package instructions.
