Heat up a saucepan on high heat and add all ingredients in the saucepan.
Step 3
Bring milk tea to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Occasionally gently press the tea bags against the pan when stirring.
Step 4
Squeeze the liquid out of the tea bags by taking them out of the tea and gently pressing them against the saucepan, and remove the tea bags from the saucepan.
Step 5
Serve the tea using a fine mesh strainer.
Step 6
Optional: froth 1/4 mug of soy milk using a milk frother (linked is the one I use) and pour it evenly into the drinks.
