Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and, in a second bowl, add the wet ingredientsPour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until a smooth, slightly sticky batter is formedPour the batter into a greased doughnut tray. I chose to pipe it into the cups for a neater finish but you could just use a spoon to scoop it inPlace the tray into a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 12 to 15 minutesOnce baked, heat some olive oil in a large frying pan and, when hot, add the doughnuts. Fry for ten to fifteen seconds on either sideTransfer the doughnuts into a bowl of caster sugar and roll each one until completely coated
