Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Combine all ingredients into a standing mixer and beat until combined and smooth

Step 3

Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 way full and bake in the oven for 22 minutes. Remove and cool completely.

Step 4

Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop some cheesecake mixture onto the top of the cupcake and spread evenly.

Step 6

Using a standing mixer, combine all ingredients and mix with the whisk attachment until combined and smooth.

Step 7

If the frosting is to thin, add in an extra 1/2 C of powdered sugar and continue mixing until thick scoop frosting into a piping bag with a large star tip.

Step 8

Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs all around the top of the frosted cupcake.

Step 9

Drizzle strawberry jam onto the top of the frosting.

Step 10

Place a cut strawberry into the center of the frosting.

Step 11

Place a cookie behind the strawberry.
