In a blender add hot water, 1 tbsp instant coffee, coconut and brain octane oil.

Blend on high for 30 sec or until well combined, light and frothy.

Taste and add a second tbsp of instant coffee if necessary and maple syrup if using. Blend again for 30 seconds or until frothy.

Taste and add more maple syrup to taste, if desired and blend a final time.
