Throw in some ice and secure the shaker

Shake your Grasshopper until the tins start to frost

Step 4

Tap where the tins meet to release the air lock, you will hear a slight 'pop'

Step 5

Carefully fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass

Step 6

Garnish with grated dark chocolate
