The Holiday Salad

Step 1

For the dressing: add all ingredients to a jar and seal lid tightly. Vigorously shake for 30 seconds to a minute until dressing is well combined.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except the feta cheese.

Step 3

When ready to serve, dress salad (shaking dressing again if necessary) and top with feta cheese. Toss to combine.
