Step 1
Pour the eggs in a deep bowl and add the milk to them. Add all the other ingredients, do not mix yet.
Step 2
Start beating with a mixer only once you've put in all of the other ingredients, until you get a homogeneous mixture. Note that the mixture needs to be runny and not as thick as for a cake.
Step 3
Put it into a greased tray and bake in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished tart with coconut flakes and cut it into pieces.
Step 4
Optionally, you can serve it with ice cream or some kind of jam.
