Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degree.
Step 2
Wrap steak in bacon strips. Beginning at the bottom by wrapping around so the ends meet facing you, tucking them into one another and then continue by tucking the next strip in that fold and repeat. That way the steak is nice and snug. The fat will bind together in the heat sealing in flavor and moisture while browning on the outside.
Step 3
Grease a skillet and gently lay the steak in the center. Then place in the oven. At 25 min turn up the oven to 400 degrees to crisp the outer bacon.
