Step 1
On a large wooden board, place the spreads in small serving bowls.
Step 2
Arrange the breads, meats, cheeses, and veggies on the board so people can easily grab what they need to build their own sandwich. I usually put out 3-4 different kinds of bread, 4-6 different kinds of meats, 3-4 different kinds of cheese and a variety of vegetables and spreads.
