How to make hot chocolate - this recipe is the best homemade hot chocolate recipe ever.  A thick, rich and easy to make hot cocoa.

The Worlds Best Hot Chocolate

C unsweetened cocoa powder

C sugar

tsp salt

water

C whole milk

vanilla

The worlds BEST Hot Chocolate

In a saucepan mix the dry ingredients.

Add the water and bring to a boil, keep boiling for one min.

Then add the milk.

Heat until it's the temp you like.

Take off the heat and add the vanilla, stir and serve

APPLE CIDER
10 Apples (see note below)
1 Orange
1 C Brown sugar
4 Cinnamon sticks
1 tsp ground Allspice
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp whole Cloves
8 C water
Cut apples into quarters, place in crock pot
peel and quarter orange and add to the crockpot
add the sugar and spices
pour over the water, you might not use it all

APPLES 50% sweet, 35% sharp and 15% bitter
Sweet - golden delicious, fuji, gala, red delicious, jonagold
Sharp - gravenstein, mcintosh, northern spy, liberty, winesap
Bitter - crabapple, cortland, newtown, foxwhelp, porters perfection

HOT CHOCOLATE

WARM PUMPKIN DRINK

4 C whipping cream
2 C whole milk
3/4 C sugar
15 oz Pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/16 tsp allspice
1/16 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla
Combine cream, milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved
Whisk in Pumpkin until well blended
stir in the spices 
Simmer for 10-15 mins, until mixture is warm
Add the vanilla and serve with fresh whipped cream.
