Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degress

Step 2

Lightly grease a baking tray with butter and reserve.

Step 3

Immerse a ThermoServer in hot water.

Step 4

Boil a full kettle of hot water

Step 5

Add the macaroni to the Thermoserver and fill to the top with boiled water. Stir the pasta, then cover with the lid. Leave undisturbed.

Place parmesan cheese in TM bowl Grate 3 sec/Speed Reserve

Step 7

Place cheddar cheese in TM Bowl. Grate 3 sec/Speed Reserve in a new bowl

Step 8

Place Mozzarella cheese in TM bowl. Grate 2 sec/Speed Reserve with tasty cheese.

Step 9

Place the panko crumbs in a bowl.

Step 10

Add 2TBS of the reserved parmesan cheese to the panko crumbs

Step 11

Add melted butter and chives to the crumb.

Step 12

Stir until the crumb is coated with butter and reserve.

Step 13

Add butter to the TM bowl. Melt 2 min/Varoma/Speed 1

Step 14

Add milk, flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne powder. Mix 10sec/Speed 8.

Step 15

Add chives to TM Bowl. Cook the sauce 6 min/90 degrees/Speed 3.5.

Step 16

Once the sauce is finished cooking drain the macaroni, then return to the Thermoserver.

Step 17

Add all 3 types of cheese to the macaroni and stir through.

Step 18

Pour the sauce over the macaroni and stir through.

Step 19

Transfer mac and cheese to a prepared oven dish.

Step 20

Sprinkle over the reserved panko crumb topping

Step 21

Place in the oven for 25minutes or until golden.

Step 22

Garnish with extra paprika and chives if desired. Serve immediately
